14TENN has a over 250 free parking spots available around our building.
We provide wood tables (no linens needed!), chairs for up to 200 guests and mobile bar facades. Glassware for the bar can be added on through your beverage package. We also offer a range of decor items to rent like draping, table runners and votive candles at an additional cost to customize your event.
Security services are available as an optional add-on for events that require it. Just let your Client Concierge know and we’ll connect you with our trusted security partner.
We have a basic speaker system available to rent and if you have more robust needs, we are happy to recommend our AV partner.
There is a prep kitchenette available that has stainless steel countertops, an ice machine, a small fridge, and a compartment sink. However, all cooking is to be done outside. If for some reason you need a large amount of ice (for example, you are having a raw bar during cocktail hour), please notify us in advance. Having the caterer bring in their own bags of ice may be required (and we all know snow ice looks better on a raw bar anyway!)
