Sarah and Noah’s wedding at 14TENN was a true full-circle moment. Let’s set the scene:
Sarah is our Venue Manager, and her her now-husband, Noah, is one of our bartenders.
They worked with 828 Planner, Rachael, to bring their vision to life. Here’s where it gets good: Years ago, Sarah served as Rachael’s planner for her wedding at 14TENN!
After years of creating hundreds of truly incredible events at 14TENN, Sarah and Noah couldn’t imagine celebrating anywhere else. Surrounded by friends, family, and the team they know and love, their wedding was filled with meaning, joy, and unforgettable moments.

Design Details: Blue, Yellow & Beautifully Personal
From the very beginning, the vision was clear: a blue and yellow garden party, inspired by Sarah’s love of butter-yellow and dusty-blue tones she had admired during her time on the 828 planning team. Every detail reflected that sunny, whimsical palette, from the florals to the linens to 14TENN’s draping that framed the ceremony. But it wasn’t just about aesthetics — it was about family, creativity, and personal touches.
Personal Touches that Made the Day Unforgettable
Sarah’s father played a starring role, handcrafting the table numbers, menus, and an elaborate seating chart display, adding a layer of warmth and personality to the day. Of course, Scout, their beloved dog, made a cameo on cocktail napkins, delighting guests and ensuring every corner of the day felt uniquely theirs.
The Ceremony-to-Reception Transformation
One of the most unforgettable moments of the day was the transformation of the space from ceremony to reception. What started as a romantic, center-aisle ceremony surrounded by elegant draping was completely reimagined for the reception. During the room flip, the draping was removed, revealing a bold new layout.

A serpentine head table took center stage, facing the band and dance floor, creating a dynamic, party-ready environment. The chandelier florals for the ceremony and the live band for the reception were non-negotiable must-haves, and both delivered spectacularly, setting the tone for a celebration that was equal parts elegant and electric.

Even with all the design and decor, the heart of the day was the people. Sarah got ready at home with her closest friends, sharing moments of laughter and anticipation in her backyard before heading to 14TENN. Surrounded by family, friends, and their venue team members, Sarah and Noah’s wedding felt like a true reflection of their lives together; full of love, community, and joy.

Celebrating Love, Teamwork & the 14TENN Community
For Rachel and the rest of our Nashville-based planning team, getting to plan a garden party wedding for one of our own was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Executing the day for Sarah and Noah remains a highlight for the team.
Sarah and Noah’s wedding was a story of connection, creativity, and celebration of two people, two teams, and an entire venue coming together to create a day that will be remembered forever. While the palette was seasonal, the feeling of the day was timeless: full of love, laughter, and the magic that only 14TENN can provide.
