What is the maximum capacity?

We can fit 275 guests seated and much more for a standing event.

Do you have an in-house sound system and/or microphones for speeches?

We have a speaker system, podium, & wireless mic available to rent. For more robust needs, we are happy to recommend an AV or DJ partner.

Do you provide tables, linens, chairs, bars or glassware?

We do provide tables and chairs for your use for up to 200 guests. Our farmhouse tables do not require linens but we can help coordinate renting these if you’d like them. We offer a range of decor items like draping and hedge walls to customize your event. All our bar packages include physical bars and plasticware. We also offer glassware as an optional add-on.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is free parking all around and close-by our building.

Is there a kitchen available for catering?

There is a prep kitchenette available that has stainless steel countertops, an ice machine, a small fridge, and a compartment sink. However, all cooking is to be done outside. If for some reason you need a large amount of ice (for example, you are having a raw bar during cocktail hour), please notify us in advance. Having the caterer bring in their own bags of ice may be required (and we all know snow ice looks better on a raw bar anyway!)
