While every venue offers different packages and perks, we want you to know exactly what you’re getting when you book with us.
Below, we’re breaking down what’s included in your 14TENN rental so you can plan with confidence and clarity.
The Basics
When you rent 14TENN, you get a full day to make the space your own. Your rental includes 24 hours of access, giving you plenty of time for vendor setup, getting ready, your ceremony and reception, and post-event teardown. Access starts at 10 a.m. the day of your event, and ends at 10 a.m. the next day. We know, right?
While 14TENN is primarily an indoor venue, our outdoor patio can be used as an extension of your event space for cocktail hour, food trucks, or a late-night lounge area.
Tables, Chairs, and Furniture
Your rental includes everything you need for a beautifully set event, with no need to outsource basic furniture. We provide seating for up to 200 guests, including modern farm tables and black chairs that work with any style of décor.
Looking to personalize the setup? You’re welcome to bring in your own furniture or rent custom pieces to match your vision. We also have a curated inventory of in-house décor available as add-ons to make planning even easier.
Tech & Amenities
14TENN offers a number of built-in amenities that help your event run smoothly. The space includes ambient market lighting, and a garage door that opens up to our patio. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue, and we have accessible restrooms, a spacious catering prep kitchen, and a private suite for getting ready.
Staffing & Support
When you book 14TENN, you’re not just renting a space; you’re gaining a support system. Every rental includes a dedicated Client Concierge who is on-site during your event to oversee the venue, answer questions, and coordinate access for vendors. While cleanup of your personal items and decor is your responsibility, we handle the heavy lifting like taking out trash, managing furniture, and resetting the space.
We also offer planning packages through our in-house team if you’re looking for additional planning support or month-of coordination.
Optional Add-Ons
In addition to what’s included, 14TENN offers a variety of optional add-ons to help customize your day. Add-ons include bar packages through 14TENN Beverage, linen rentals, statement décor, and more.
