Caroline and Patrick’s love story began on Broadway in Nashville, a vibrant and bustling street known for its music and nightlife. It was only fitting that they chose to tie the knot in this wonderful city, bringing their story full circle with a memorable wedding at 14TENN.
Planning the Big Day
Caroline and Patrick opted for 828 Planning’s Partial Planning package to help bring their vision to life.
828 Planner, Sarah, worked with the couple to design their perfect day, from saying “I do” at Cathedral of the Incarnation, to photos at Centennial Park, to a colorful reception at 14TENN. Caroline and Patrick utilized many of 14TENN’s in-house amenities to create a stunning and cohesive celebration.
The color scheme was a beautiful blend of greenery, neutrals, and champagne, creating an elegant and timeless atmosphere. The use of 14TENN’s in-house hedge walls as a backdrop for our photo booth added a touch of nature to the urban setting, while our draping provided a romantic aesthetic in the space.
The Ceremony and Aesthetic
Their wedding took place on a lovely Saturday in June, a perfect day for their out-of-town guests to enjoy the charm of Nashville. Understanding the importance of creating a true “Nashville-feel,” Caroline and Patrick hosted an outdoor cocktail hour at 14TENN, complete with delicious signature drinks from 14TENN Beverage.
The tables were adorned with an array of different florals, vases, and candles, which complemented the color theme perfectly. One of our Assistant Coordinator’s favorite moments was seeing Caroline and Patrick’s reaction to the beautifully set tables and the overall transformation of the space. Their joy and satisfaction were palpable, making all the planning and effort worthwhile.
A Night to Remember
For the reception, they decided to incorporate a live band, which turned out to be a highlight of the evening! at the request of the couple, 828 Planning distributed light-up cowboy hats, fiber lights, and tambourines to the guests to further enjoy the evening, lighting up the dance floor and adding to the festive spirit.
The couple’s focus on ensuring their loved ones had an unforgettable time was evident in every detail.
In a nod to their relationship origin, Caroline and Patrick, along with their friends, spent the night before their wedding on Broadway. This pre-wedding celebration brought their story full circle, from the place they first met to the day they committed their lives to each other.
