How does a room-flip work at 14TENN?
Since 14TENN is an open concept space, depending on your guest count, we may need to ‘flip’ the room for events having both their ceremony and reception here.
Before your guests arrive, your vendors will set up your decor at 14TENN. We’ll stage the tables along the perimeter of the space, or behind draping so that they’re not visible in your ceremony photos.
After your ceremony, while you and your guests enjoy cocktail hour, your vendors and/or 14TENN Planning will rearrange the space, and place the tables according to your layout for your reception.
How does the BYOB bar policy work?
We keep it simple: Our in-house beverage team helps you with a shopping list based on the products you want on your bar. You then buy the alcohol and bring it to us, and our team takes care of the service! At the end of your event, our team will even pack up any leftover product for you to take home.
Do you have parking at your venue?
Yes. We offer free public parking in Stocking 51, the lot adjacent to 14TENN, as well as free street parking.
What are the different planning packages you offer?
14TENN offers three different planning packages: Full Service Planning & Design, Partial Planning, and Month-Of Coordination. Depending on the level of assistance you prefer, or services you would like help with, there’s a great option for every client! Learn more about the specifics of each planning package here.
What is included in the venue rental?
When you book 14TENN, you get our indoor and outdoor space, tables and chairs, a client room to get ready in, the assistance of a Client Concierge and Beverage Manager, and access to Walk Through Wednesdays (aka 6 hours of venue access to help plan your event) every week.

BONUS QUESTION: How does the 24 hour rental work? Is there a specific curfew?
14TENN offers flexible rental windows, including 24-hour rentals. If you book a 24-hour rental, you get the venue from 10 AM on the day of your event, until 10 AM the following day.
There is no curfew, but we do legally have to stop the service and consumption of alcohol at the locally mandated time.
