After a two-year hiatus, the team at 14TENN was thrilled to host a much-anticipated Open House on 2/2/2022 (the luckiest date!) to show off the space to our clients and their loved ones.
Lindsey, our newest Client Concierge & Coordinator set out on a ready-to-impress mission, showcasing a variety of different ways to utilize the space, incorporating bright colors including pinks, orange tones and gold accents, and dramatic ceremony draping!
While all palates and styles look beautiful in 14TENN’s blank canvas space, Lindsey wanted to inspire attendees with a bold Spring-like flare to encourage them to think outside the box when it comes to their own Nashville weddings and events.
Our team, along with our Epic Vendors pulled together a stunning atmosphere, each showing off their talents.
The bar menu complimented the color palette with a blood orange whiskey sour and a pomegranate mule, and these specialty cocktails were a hit!
Beyond Details knocked the catering out of the park with a variety of hors d’oeuvres, including ahi tuna wontons, beef tenderloin crostinis, and key lime pie tartlets, for guests to easily grab and walk around. Everything was delicious and so beautifully presented!
For the tablescapes, Lindsey chose a variety of colors and textures from rental companies Eventworks and Southern Events, and created her dream setup. “I’m a huge fan of pink, gold, and big florals, so that’s exactly what we created.”
The Eventworks table created quite the buzz and wowed guests with bright raspberry-colored napkins, gold accented plates, and a large pink floral centerpiece created by T Villager Designs.
Florist T Villager also chose to create a farmhouse-elegant arrangement with white florals and pops of greenery, which provided a bright pop to the tables.
The Southern Events table featured mixed textures such as velvet, rattan, satin, and copper flatware. They also brought in soft seating, including their tufted loveseat, cream sofa, and vintage rug, to inspire clients to add a lounge set as a photo backdrop or simply for guests to relax.
The two-toned draping by Quest Events was one of the most beautiful draping installations we’ve seen! The draping was ~16ft tall, and hung effortlessly across the wooden beams of our 20′ ceilings. It was definitely a fresh way to show how draping can be used to elevate our space.
To tie everything together, live painter Lauren O’Brien detailed a painting of the evening that we will treasure forever! Live Painting is a newer event trend we hope is here to stay!
Everything came together beautifully, and the 14TENN team loved showcasing the space and our planning/design services to the Nashville community!
Ready for more inspo already? Mark your calendars for our next open house on June 8th!
